Cheap thread. Who made this?
Cute, comfortable, however, while wearing(!) a section of the top ripped away from the skirt. Thankfully had a sweater with me to cover up. Sewed the tear, put in washer, almost the entire skirt ripped from the top! VERY disappointed.

A feel good dress
This dress works on a petite body frame. I’m 5 feet tall and it fits me so well. It’s not long and hits above the ankle for me. Comfortable and looks well casually, or dressed up with a fancy cardigan. I do recommend this as a staple black dress in your closet.

On my search for desert comfort and monsoon worthy I have bought many cotton dresses from the Rack this year. This is my absolute favorite! soft, full, not too skimpy to go braless and pockets.
