Inaccurate dimensions
The dimensions were off by inches. Stated 21.25 including wheels. Actually, it is 23”- too tall for Iceland Air and other international carriers. Very disappointing

bad quality
terrible quality and ripped open twice the first time I use it. Not comparable to my other Travelpro that I bought from Amazon a couple of years ago.

trash suitcase; don't buy
wheels are located in the middle of the suitcase. so the center of gravity is off. this bag tips over constantly. it's a nightmare to get through the airport with this bag falling over constantly.
