Happy, then sad
I liked the Lloyd hat until I saw the grommet hole at the back of the hat. I returned the hat. They should show ALL sides of the hat. If so, I would not have ordered it. The NordRack customer service people were great! Laurie 9/14 1:29pm processed refund &Francine 9/15 8pm told me grommet was a signature of the Grimm line.
