Yard-Trek 1-to-2 Dog 550-Yard Range 16-Level Vibration and Sound Training Dog Collar

This came without the remote so it’s completely unusable! Everything else in my order was missing parts or the wrong item, too! The most annoying thing is that I placed ONE single order, which ended up coming in three separate shipments, which were ALL MESSED UP, then NR charged me $10 EACH to return the packages!! Return shipping was as much as my entire order. And I had to go through a whole process to get my return shipments refunded. I will NOT be shopping here again. Unreliable, way too much of a hassle.
