Kids' Cocoa Five-Piece Sharkskin Suit

My issue is not with Perry Ellis as a brand, but with Nordstrom Rack. I have been a loyal customer, but I have experienced too many problems with my orders. Several times, I have received orders with missing items, or I have ordered products that appeared to be available on the website, only to have the orders canceled later because the items were actually out of stock. What is even more concerning is that if customers are not paying close attention to their orders and refunds, they could easily lose their money. Thankfully, I always monitor my orders carefully, and each time I have received the appropriate refund. However, customers should not have to go through this repeatedly. After these repeated disappointments, my order in July was my last purchase from Nordstrom Rack. During my most recent call with customer service, I informed the representative that once my refund was processed, I would be unsubscribing from the website and no longer shopping with the company. I am very disappointed because I expected a much better experience from a retailer of this size.
