Bella Sneaker (Women)

I like the shoe and wear a lot of Paul Green shoes. I do not like deceptive advertising. If it says it is made in Italy, it needs to be made in Italy. If is says leather, it needs to be leather - NOT faux leather. I am not VEGAN, I want real leather. I bought this at a reduced price, so I will keep it as it looks nice, not as comfortable as a regular Paul Green sneaker. But good enough. But shame on you Nordstrom.

I purchased the Bella sneaker in white during the Anniversary sale. Paul Green as a brand initially attracted me because I liked the way they looked. The quality materials and exceptional handmade craftsmanship just sparkled. The comfort factor sold me and now I own several pairs of PG loafers and sneakers. None of them required any break in time, they have all been comfortable straight out of the box. When I saw that the Bella sneaker was in the Anniversary sale I thought they were very cute and purchased them online as soon as they became available. It was when I was reading the reviews and other people had reported that they were not made out of leather that my alarm bells went off. Several months ago I had purchased a mostly synthetic PG loafer at a close out site for what I thought was a great price. Those loafers were good looking, well made and totally uncomfortable after not even 30 seconds of walking around in them. The synthetic body did not give and they weren’t any better on my second and third try. I was not going to risk a potentially very expensive mistake with the Bellas and so they were returned.
