What it does: These patches feature stimulating green tea extract, which helps improve microcirculation and lighten the appearance of dark circles. Mulberry extract, an ancient skin brightener, pairs with anti-inflammatory vitamin C to decrease uneven pigmentation and naturally harmonize skin tone. How to use: Place one pair of gels onto clean, dry undereye area for five minutes (or longer if desired). Discard after use and massage any remaining serum into skin.
