Sasha Belted Denim Jumpsuit

Just received my jumpsuit. I am beyond pleased with the quality and the design of this jumpsuit. It does run large but that is exactly what I wanted. For reference I am 5’8 and 145lbs and easily fit into size 2. As a taller woman I often find it difficult to get an inseam that works for me. This jumpsuit ticks that box.

This is a really great jumpsuit; it was very slimming, and I could see wearing it year-round by pairing it with tops underneath. I really wanted to make it work and keep, but for a short person, it is way too long, not just the legs, but also the body. Even with 3 1/2 inch heels, I needed to have it hemmed 5", which I would have happily done. But it was too long in the body and crouch area, so when I sat down, it bunched up everywhere and didn't look good. Even being petite/short, I can generally wear regular-size clothes with just having to hem them, but this is definitely made for a taller person. Even though it didn't work for me, I still would recommend giving it a try.

Reasons I love this jumpsuit 1. The color is a neutral, unusual, saturated blue-black, but it doesn’t look flat blue or flat black. It’s beautiful, and will go either way when styling. So far, any option I put up works. 2. It’s a 4 season piece. The fabric has just enough weight to not be flimsy, but not too weighty for warm weather. 3. Lots of styling options. Wear alone or slip a mesh top, t-shirt or turtleneck underneath on chilly days. 4. It’s well-structured. It hugs the body. Your shape will look ah-mazing!! 5. Quality hardware. Zipper and closures are sturdy and appropriate for the piece. 6. I usually dispense with belts that come with garments. This one is low-key and makes sense. Or choose your own to make a signature statement. 7. IT’S LONG ENOUGH FOR ME!!! My 5’11” self can wear a lug sole or low heel. 8. The fabric offers only a tiny bit of stretch so you have a comfort-factor and it won’t bag out on you. No droopy-drawers. 9. Effortless casual-chic. I sized up and I’m happy I did. I’m 36DD and a little on the curvy side. Everything feels cohesive, and I’m not pulling or tugging. Worth every cent.
