Margot Denim Shorts

It’s true that these shorts are opaque enough and not see through, but they bunch up and wrinkle very visible in the front area. Wanted to love these so badly!! Fit the waist really well. If the bunching up in the middle front area doesn’t bother you then go for it. Not sure if it’s just the pair i purchased or if all are like this, so try on to be sure

These are my new go-top cut-off denim shorts. I purchased two pairs of the Margot Denim Shorts. One from Nordstrom and two from the PAIGE store. I am a size 24/25 in Free People, 24 in 7 For All and a 24 in Gap. Most of these brands do a cotton, polyester, spandex combo that I love. I do have more off a booty for a girl with a 24/25 waist. I also have some soccer thighs which means I prefer to have a little stretch in jeans and shorts. If I get a 25/26, the jeans never seem to fit my waist. And if there is too much stretch (think Good American), they fit my thighs for a little, but stretch and butch throughout the day and the waist is always way too big. The White and Black Margot Denim Shorts are 98% cotton and 2% elastane. The Blue Denim Margot is 93% cotton, 5% polyester, 2% spandex. Because of the material for the White/Black, I purchased the 25. They were a perfect fit, the waist does have some room, but I think that the 24 would have been too tight on my bum. I purchased the Blue Joni Denim Margot in a 24 and they were perfect all around. The rise of these in the front and back is AMAZING. 12" is the perfect rise as it works with those sometimes too cropped-crop tops. These shorts do not stretch throughout the day, they do not ride up into the crotch area. The side slits on the shorts ensure that they aren't too tight on your thighs. Seriously, I love these so much that I am planning on buying additional pairs for my closet so when the others are worn out, I have back ups.
