I have a 23” waist and these fit perfectly— definitely true to size— so hard to find these days. I’m 5’5” and these are LONG on me BUT the bootcut means they don’t drag on the ground because they aren’t large enough to fit over the heel of my shoes— perfect— and they also would work well with heals like in the picture. The color is also great and I love the style. These are tight (but stretchy fabric) and then loose from just above the knees. Very comfortable and soft fabric.
