Oval Interlocking Link Pendant Necklace (Nordstrom Exclusive)

I purchased this necklace in both the gold and silver versions, and unfortunately, the quality of both was extremely disappointing. The gold necklace arrived already faded, which was unacceptable for a new item. Both necklaces are much larger than they appear in the photos, and the overall quality feels very cheap. To make matters worse, the return process is inconvenient. The item was delivered by UPS, but Nordstrom only allows returns at a Nordstrom store or through the post office. It doesn't make sense that I can't return it through UPS, the same carrier that delivered it. Very disappointed with both the product quality and the return process.
