B means NARROW?
These are cute shoes. However, while in the description the shoes are labeled “B”, the fit on the box says “Narrow Fit”. And yes, they are narrow. I suspect this is why the shoes are at this price since on the mfg website they are full price for the regular fit. Sadly, they must go back.
