Design house Oscar de la Renta has gotten its perfume license back and has announced a new fragrance, named Esprit d'Oscar. Esprit d'Oscar is the updated and modern interpretation of the debut fragrance, Oscar, from 1977.

Retaining the original oriental-floral character, the new composition begins with citrus notes of Sicilian lemon, bergamot, and citron, leading to the floral bouquet heart of Egyptian jasmine, orange blossom, and tuberose. The base is oriental, creamy, smooth and very long-lasting with musk, heliotrope, tonka, and vetiver. Perfumers Frank Voelkl and Ann Gottlieb collaborated to create this marvelous composition.

As elegant as the man and perfectly feminine
This is the perfect fragrance. Elegant, feminine and long lasting. Not sweet, or musky, clean. Layers well. Perfect to wear everyday, or special occasions. Oscar was such an elegant man, who designed out of a love for women! I’m pleased his label doesn’t mock us, but makes us confident, alluring and special.

Delivery of my purchases.
I am very disappointed this time around with my purchases from Nordstrom. I love this store and I am asking for a resolve for the mishap. I purchased two bottles of cologne and a pair of sorel sandals. I received one bottle of my cologne and the other two items were misplaced. It says from the delivery information that the sorel sandals and the bottle of Oscar de la Renta, were delivered at 6:15AM in the morning on March 4th, but I don't have my purchases. The other bottle of cologne, my Jason Wu was delivered from a reputable company, Fedex. If one was delivered with a reputable company, why was the other purchases delivered with an unknown delivery carrier? Right now, I am really confused!!!!! and frustrated because I spent over $129 for the order and I only got a partial order!!!! Unexceptable. Please let me know the outcome. Whoever heard of someone delivering packages at 6:15AM and then they had the audacity to take a picture of the delivery, and the frame was pitch black!!!!! SMDH!!!!
