Original Penguin

Sportswear brand Original Penguin—and its dapper logo, Pete the Penguin—have represented Americana since 1955. Abbot Pederson, a salesman for the Munsingwear underwear factory in Minneapolis, conceived the Munsingwear golf shirt—a fashion sensation worn by Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and suburbanites everywhere. Today's Original Penguin mixes iconic American sportswear with modern-minded style.

great spring/summer chinos

These chinos are very light and perfect for warmer weather. Can’t really see the dobby pattern unless you look really close, but that doesn’t matter. These pants are so comfortable! I got my regular size and it fit. The gray/Castlerock color looks like the photo. For reference, I’m a relatively tall/slim guy.

Chino pants not fitted

The pants were not fitted and just too loose. They looked nice but the fit is off.

PENGUIN Chinos

Bought these for my husband. The material is super-soft, color exactly as pictured online. The legs have the right length, but taper a little too much towards the ankle for him. This was not obvious from the online picture.. Will return them.
