Great and funky shoe, but...
The fit is traditional HOKA fit with great support. The back heel part and trying to get my foot in was annoying. I know it would be a fight every time I would try and put these on. These would sit in my closet, no thanks. RETURNED!

hard to get them
The size is fine, & is consistent with Hoka. The issues were that I couldn’t pull the back tab enough to get my heel seated in the shoe, but even with that, the top sits so high up that it digs into the tendon at the top of the foot. So while it would have fit if I’d had the monumental hand strength to get the heel in place, I wouldn’t have been comfortable walking because of the tendon pressure. The return process is not ideal. I have to either drive an hour to do a free in-store return, or have $9.95 deducted from my refund to drop off at FedEx. And only FedEx. Disappointed in the shoes, disappointed in Nordstrom.
