Good customer service, but distribution issues.
I ordered a small and was sent a 2XL. Ordered again after contacting about incorrect size and was sent a 2XL a second time. I didn't try for a third. Customer service was very helpful, but in general it was an inconvenience to deal with two incorrect orders and returns.
