Slide cuff on while holding ear cartilage taut. Adjust cuff by gradually sliding up/down or rotating towards the inner ear to find the best fit. If malleable, carefully add pressure to tighten and secure. To remove, gently work cuff downward, sliding off the thinnest part of the ear.

huge, heavy, and holes are drilled in it
They are huge, which could be cute except that they are so heavy that they slide down to my lobe. Not the same look as the model. Maybe my ears are too small? They also come with holes drilled into them for packaging. FYI
