cut short at ankle
I loved the off white color, but unfortunately these Chelsea boots just hit a little too low. It cuts off awkwardly at the ankle and is unflattering. As I was hoping to wear these with skirts and dresses too, I will be returning.

Cute, affordable, but so uncomfortable
Great style and price, but I’d rather pay a little more for a shoe I can wear all day. Maybe an insole would help, but I didn’t bother. Returned.

These Boots Saved My Life
I was heading to Seattle from Los Angeles for Christmas and two days prior I got word that it may snow. Rushing to find a waterproof and vegan boot in two days was not an easy task. I was working and could only shop online. These boots became available & I was able to pick them up in store the next day. While in Seattle, it snowed hard!! I wore these boots everyday for 8 days. No blisters, no sore feet (walked 6 miles a day for 3 of the days) and no wet feet either. Plus, I got compliments on them! Not sure what I would have done without them! Lifesaver for sure!!! PS: I would recommend a thick sock or even wool socks. Oh, and they wipe clean well!

Cheap Stiff Leather
Excited to get these shoes but the leather is very cheap and rigid and the white show all of its flaws. Very very hard to get on and then there is a pinch at the opening that doesn’t go away and bumps in the leather on the top of the foot.
