What it is: A balancing and hydrating essence that prepares your skin for further treatment by helping it attract and retain moisture.

What it does: It helps restore skin's physiological balance and guards against environmental damage. Amino acids, natural emollients and humectants help provide a feeling of instant comfort, while additional ingredients shield against harmful bacteria, boost collagen strength and elasticity and redensify and lift the skin. The brand's patented Hydro Mineral Transference delivery system leaves skin firmer, more supple and younger-looking.

How to use: After cleansing, pour a few drops into the palm of your hand, rub together and pat over your face and neck. Allow a few minutes to absorb, then follow with your serum and moisturizer.

Much prefer the Mist to this!
I recently discovered the Omorovicza line and have enjoyed trying out the various products -- thank you, Nordstrom, for being generous with samples! I am in my late 50's with very fair and reactive skin. This one that is a "miss" for me. I do not like the "juniper-y" smell and it was sticky after application & irritating to my skin. Look at the ingredients -- contains AHA's and fragrance is pretty high on the list. I MUCH prefer the Queen of Hungary mist, which is much more soothing and easier to apply, with no residue. I love the Blue Diamond eye cream -- really made a difference -- but the Blue Diamond Supercream made me break out. SIGH -- high price tags are no guarantee of universal suitability for your skin, it is ALWAYS trial and error! But there are some real gems in this line.

Smells amazing!! Makes my skin so soft!
