I did size up one size for a perfect fit. I think it would be true to size for a smaller chest. Being hourglass I like that the bodice is tight ruching that is adjustable for fit…I can pull the center down in the middle with the outer part of the skirt higher on my hips…more flattering…gives like a scooped waistline instead of a straight line across
