Not for me
These shorts look different in person than here on the website. I liked that they were fitted but longer on the website. When I tried them on they were loose through the leg and not flattering on me whatsoever. I’m not digging many of the shorts styles this year or many other clothes styles. I lived through the late 80’s & early 90’s and @ almost 50 have not done booty showing shorts or crop tops of any kind since then LOL
These were a shapeless NO for me.

I found these NYDJ shorts to run small. I ordered a size down but they were way too tight. I’m typically a size 6-8 and the 6 were too small. This pair is not consistent as other NYDJ denim is. I didn’t care for the wash in person either, will return.

Not Bad for the price
Nice quality, especially for the price. Know that these, too, are VERY STRETCHY! I went by the size chart and wish I would have sized down; both in these, and the few other NYDJ shorts recently purchased. The size recommended by the chart is so very baggy, all the way from the hips down to the flared leg openings; not at how it looks like on the model. Moral of the story: SIZE-down!

Shorts are OK, but.....
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have determined that NYDJ just don't fit me. I've tried the jeans as well as these shorts, but without luck on fit. They would work well on a different stature. Good quality.
