Bad zipper and handles
The zipper was horrendous. The double handle was also pointless. It made it even more difficult to access the awful zipper.

For a backpack holds a lot
For a mini size backpack holds a lot. I can fit a regular size water bottle and my essential that I need. The only thing I do not like is the zippers. Yes they are strong because they are metal but reaching in for items I have been scratched by the metal zippers.

Good bag
Nice bag. I’m quite satisfied. I’d like a second inside pocket or sleeve and would prefer nylon instead of metal zippers. But a really nice bag
