Nordstrom’s Welcoming

The products are of superb quality… but the customer service sucks. The cashiers never look you in the eyes. And the associates are no where on the floor to help customers with questions about the items. Nordstroms need friendly associates. I see more people of diverse backgrounds purchasing Nordstrom’s products than those of European backgrounds. Also there’s very little diversity employed at Nordstrom’s….why???
