Way too small and tight / Washed terribly!

My husband has the smallest legs of anyone I know. I got him a large. First of all, they were way too tight... almost like spandex. Second of all, I washed them and they had "fuddies" all over them. Terrible quality. Returning them.

soft, very light fabric. Fit true to size but just barely in length (6’4”) Did shrink a little bit in the dryer after first time, mostly in length.
