200TC Percale Oxy Sheet Set

I don’t know if the first reviewer knows what percale sheets are but the description CLEARLY says the sheets are 100% cotton 200 TC (TC=Thread Count) Percale. I mean no disrespect but the review makes no sense. Percale sheets are thick and crisp as opposed to Sateen which are soft and silky. The ideal thread count for sheets are 3-400. People think higher TC means better quality sheets and that’s not necessarily true. A high thread count can result in thinly woven threads that produce cheap thin sheets that won’t last or can easily get holes. I’m a bed linen snob & only buy GOOD sheets (percale & linen are my preference).

I’m 54 and it’s quite hard to find sheets that don’t make me feel worse. I read a review that made me order these after learning about “lower thread count is helpful for night sweats.” This sheet set is amazing. It breathes and even the pillow cases don’t make my neck hot. Cotton lawn is perfect. Thanks.

I LOVE these sheets! I like to sleep in cotton lawn nightgowns--very cool and crisp and flow with you. You can slide around in them easily. These sheets are like sleeping in cotton lawn nightgowns. They are smooth, cool, you slide around on them easily. They stay over you and create a "pocket" that you can move in (they do not wrap/tangle all around you). They are thin (but not see through or too thin--like cotton lawn--that's how they are supposed to be) and great for summer. The deep olive is a warm brown/green color--lovely.

A summer bed. White sheets are a must. These are really crisp nice sheets. I could not believe the price I ordered two sets to have extra pillow cases. I have no problem with them. They washed well, they fit the bed well ,the corners don't slip off and I have a great feel to them. Not scratchy like some reviews have stated. I would highly suggest buying these. Nice quality and a great price.
