Puff Sleeve Cotton Poplin Dress

I saw this in-store in the white color and liked how it looked on the hanger. I ordered it in black in size that I felt would be good based on the white dress. It was fairly TTS but just so, so unflattering. The ruching just under the bust was to high up and made my whole chest area look very broad. The pocket material poufed out a lot making it look like I was wearing a bustle. It was actually pretty comical and I was laughing when I showed my husband the dress and he laughed out loud, too. It was just one of the worst garments I've ever tried. The only really good thing about it was the poplin fabric was soft.
