Heel detached after four wears
These shoes are incredibly poorly made. The heel literally separated from the left boot after the fourth wear, and the right boot started to squeak with each step after the second. They immediately both began to “slouch” on the interior ankle. I brought them back to a store and the manager said that since they couldn’t resell them, all she could offer was store credit… they are literally defective, of course you can’t resell them? What a trash product and experience. Don’t order these.
