Price but a keeper
Bought this for my adult son who normally wears size L. The size L fit just right except it got tight around the shoulders if we wore it over a jacket or hoodie, limiting his arm range, especially above his head. My son doesn’t have broad shoulders or muscular shoulders/upper arms so I’ll say it runs s all in that respect. We took the XL and it fit great and comfortably. Great price for a warm raincoat with bib.
