Hudson Bib Insert Wool Car Coat

I really like this coat. It is simple, classy, wears well, and is very warm. I appreciate that it is 100% wool. Some simple coats risk looking like a sack, but this one has enough structure that it wears really well and is flattering. If you’ve seen the reviews saying that this coat runs large, I disagree. I ordered both a medium (which matched my measurements) and a small. The small did not fit comfortably around my chest even in just a tshirt. That said, the coat is clearly cut to fit over a sweater or light jacket, and it looks substantial in a way that I like. All that said, I have two main complaints: first, like others have reported, the insulation on my coat is coming through the lining, which looks cheap. Second, I’ve had to reattach 2 buttons that came off - they are poorly sewn on, at least on the coat I received. Despite those issues, I feel like the coat is nice and unique enough that I’m happy with the purchase.
