the literal kinks must have been worked out. its 10/10 for looks & price. lays flat/ even kind of upright on the sides so you always see the sparkly stones & love the gradual size difference. only wish would be a lobster clasp to change sizes- it’s near choker on me… which i do like since all my others are bigger. photo: the top compared to my other 17 & 19” tennis necklaces

I didn't check the reviews b4 buying and I had the same issue with the kinking. I Googled and the remedy is to 1) lay on a flat surface and use a thin needle to move around links and loosen 2) rub baby oil or lubricant on your fingers then gently massage the kinked areas.. I believe the reason this happened is bc the jeweler or store didn't store it flat, instead they curled it and stuffed it in a bag. You'd think people in retail, at least in the jewelry retail business would know this. I'm glad I didn't pay full price for this. There's a reason the public shops at high-end stores, bc we want quality...Nordstrom needs to set it up. I might as well have bought this on Amazon. Seriously disappointed. Going to try the lubricant, to see if it works...
