Defective Shoes
Purchased these several months ago and have worn 5 times. Wore them today and the heel is breaking off from the sole. Have never had a pair of shoes do this in my entire life. Past the return period and Nordstrom will not refund or exchange. Poor customer service.

Don’t buy - falling apart
I usually love this brand. These shoes are comfortable and stylish. I wore them to work. Barely walked on them. Only from my car to desk and the insole is already coming off. Very disappointed. They didn’t even last a full day.

Pretty good show for work
I like these shoes. They are god quality and I can walk around in them for about half a day. I did buy them in 6.5 when I’m between 6.5 and 7 so they feel slightly tight. Overall, decent shoe for work.
