Love it

This brand tends to run really big but this dress fits true to a small. The pleated bottom half if super cute and I almost think the tie isn’t really needed so I might just cut off the loops and leave it off. Add a statement necklace and black heels to this and BAM. Perfect for a holiday or evening out.
