Stolen items
This is the 3rd time I have had shoes taken from an order and replaced by items not from Nordstrom. This time it was something from Old Navy. This leads me to believe that the OnTrac delivery people are stealing and opening packages. This doesn’t happen with UPS or FedEx but every time I have had OnTrac delivery this has happened. No porch pirates, delivery pirates! Ridiculous!

MEH and a 1/2 size too small
Glad I got them on sale. I almost always wear seven, and if not a seven or 6 1/2. Got these in a seven and they’re stiffer than I expected. I’m about a half size too small. They are OK if you don’t have to walk very far or if you get them a little bigger.
