Wrong item sent
Just because it’s on clearance, doesn’t mean that you could send a wrong item and says I could not return according to final sale policy. Talked with customer service but they only provide return but not exchange. But I would want the shoes with the discounted price. Otherwise why did I buy them at the first place???
