Weird shoulder fringe

I really wanted to love this jacket, but I didn’t. The fringe on the shoulder was weird to me (you can’t really see it in the photos) and the jacket was a little large in the waist

Beware of buttons!

After the first wear, one of the riveted buttons no longer works. I like the blazer and probably can’t return it since I wore it once so maybe I will take it to the cobbler and see if they can fix it.
