Velcro stopped sticking by week 4.
These sneakers fit my son great, and I love the real rubber soles on the bottom. It's convenient to have the fixed laces and velcro, but unfortunately, after just 4 weeks of wear, the fuzzy velcro on the strap no longer sticks to the spiky velcro. It appears as though the fuzzy part has gotten a little "bald", but there's plenty still there to where it should stick, but doesn't. Frustrating.
