Just what I needed for winter!

Too small
Could not wear the product and couldn't return it either. Not long enough - had to pull to mid calf to fit just below waist. Tights do not stretch in length so would slide down after any upper body motion. And were too tight at mid calf to be comfortable. I am 5'10" 165 lbs, 32" waist.
