Soles to rigid
The soles were so stiff , inflexible and rigid these shoes felt like I was walking on boards.

Not The Most Comfortable Shoe I've Had
I like the look of this shoe and the fit is good. It is, however, quite rigid. I know it's a balance (no pun intended) to make a sole that's durable on a hard court and to also make it comfortable. It's taken a little breaking in, but overall I'm happy with the purchase.

A little narrow, but great quality
Very nice, high quality shoe. I ordered new balance because they ALWAYS fit. This particular style, however, was too narrow for my foot, at least for playing tennis. The color is nice and I have friends who wear this exact shoe and love it.

Very low toe box
Can't speak on durability yet but the upper protects against ripping since there's rubber on the upper. The toe box was a very low height and gave my pinky toe a blister from rubbing against it even though the length and width are my correct size.
