Received dirty, used shoes
I received dirty, used shoes that were in a bag instead of the box. To return, I need to go into store unless I want to pay $10.00 to return by mail. I’m fine with that if I don’t like an item but for a used and defective item, that’s ridiculous.

Nice but painful.
The shoes look great and classy. They fit very comfortably UNTIL you start to walk. They hurt both of my toes around the knuckle joints. It seems that it’s an issue that New Balance has had.
