What it does: This extra-gentle face wash combines the superior cleansing of Neutrogena® with the gentleness of a sensitive skin cleanser. With patented technology, the effective, yet gentle, formula removes impurities without disrupting skin’s natural moisture barrier. This cleanser rinses completely clean, leaving skin feeling refreshed – never too dry, never too tight.

How to use: Wet face and hands with lukewarm water. Pump cleanser into hands and work into a lather. Massage lather onto skin with a gentle, circular motion. Rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry with a soft towel.

Really removes makeup!

I was SKEPTICAL about it removing makeup……to my SURPRISE, it did! Lathers nicely! I will DEFINITELY purChase again.

Loved old formula; new one not quite for me

I love love loved the old formula. Used it for 5+ years twice daily. Unfortunately, its become quite a bit more watery and less "cleansing". If you are very sensitive, this might work for you, but for me it was less of a gel and more like... a slightly cleansing toner. i gave the whole bottle a go, but was pretty disappointed and i've been breaking out. hoping they bring back the old formula in some form.

sick of their "new formulas"

I am so tired of neutrogena changing formulas on their "sensitive skin" products. This used to be my holy grail, add new products rather than ruining the ones you currently have!!

need a non foaming formula

my skin is ultra sensitive to the foaming ingredient. you did have a non foaming product which was the only one i could find that was good for my skin. but for some reason it was discontinued. do you have anything that will be sensitive, hydrating and not foam? if so i will be a customer for life.
