Beautiful Dress!
The ruffled, long sleeves are so cute and the length and flow plus with fabric make this a perfect dress to wear to work or to dress down and wear to a wedding. I’d say the color is more teal than blue but that’s just my perspective. The silky lining that acts as a slip is so soft and comfortable. Good to wear if you’re between sizes too as it’s roomy in the hip and belly area. Love it!
