Received the wrong size twice
I had the same problem as the other reviewer. Twice I ordered a Women's 8 and received Men's 8 (which is a Women's 10). The box and tag both clearly say M8/W10. They even have little men and women figures beside the numbers on the box. I spoke to numerous customer reps and they waived the return fees both times. They asked me to try a third time but I declined as they couldn't offer a guarantee I'd ever get the correct size. It seems like a never ending cycle so I'm giving up. I guess I'll go elsewhere. Natives are awesome, the customer service was awesome but the inability to receive what I'm actually ordering is why I gave one star.

Good shoe if Rack would send the right size
Bought these for my 12 year old son in a Women’s size 7- was send men’s size 7 (women’s 9). This is the second time Rack did this. First time, they sent infant size 7 instead of child size 7. Very frustrating.
The shoe itself is better for regular to narrow foot shapes, wish it came in half sizes.
