Mode Sandal (Women)

This is one of the cutest, comfort sandals I have ever owned. It has quality craftsmanship and is very comfortable. The heel is the perfect size, not too big and not too small. I love the fact that I can adjust the width with the Velcro straps. I have a narrow foot, so this works perfect. The footbed is very comfortable.

I purchased this sandal thinking the bottom band that crosses above the toes was a velcro closure, but it is buckle only and does not allow for a wide enough opening to accommodate a bunion that I have on my right foot. In fact the top edge of the bottom band cuts into the lower edge of the bunion making it uncomfortable to wear to I return the shoes. The shoes, however, are of excellent quality and nicely crafted, so I was sorry that I had to return them. For the price, I didn't want to try any "work-arounds" . I had purchased a size 8-1/2, black/brown shoe, and it was only in one width that was Ok for me.

Finally a comfort shoe that does not look frumpy. I have a narrow long foot and luckily I had tried on Naots previously so knew I needed a size 11 even though my normal size is a 10. This shoe is so comfortable from the moment you put it on. Great support and beautiful craftsmanship. The adjustable straps are great for narrow feet. For those of you that may not be familiar with this brand, you can go on their website to distinguish what styles are better for narrow, medium, and wider feet.

This is a very pretty shoe, but unfortunately I could not keep it because it was uncomfortable. The front buckle was too tight, even when I adjusted the strap to the first hole, and I have slim feet so that wasn't the problem. Because I had to size down (no half sizes) that may have been part of the problem but the next size up would have been too big. I wish it worked, but it's going back.
