Amanda Long Sleeve Jumpsuit

I have more than one NM item and the quality is excellent. I have always purchased from the NM website or from Nordstrom, and the packaging has always been great and the item well cared for in transit. Not Nordstrom Rack. First, I received this jumpsuit in a plastic bag, rather than a cardboard box, therefore the garment was getting smushed all throughout travel to my home; my wonderful mailman just shoved it into my mailbox. Thus, the shoulder pads that are supposed to be structured are bent out of shape and look nothing like the picture. Second, there was a substantial size hole in one of the arm sleeves. Third, the belt was missing. Lastly, there was some areas near where the belt goes that had threading coming apart. What an absolute disaster. Instant return and I feel bad for whoever is going to be sent my size 6 return.
