Stitching falling apart after 3 weeks wearing
I received a pair for Christmas 2025 and wear the slippers around the house. Maybe 4-5 hours per day for the last three weeks. They are comfortable but there are two issues; one minor and one major.
minor - the laces dont stay tied.
major - after three weeks of wear the stitching all along the left slipper is coming undone and are almost unwearable,

Sent me a defective shoe that looks like the same
If you look at the shoe, they both look like left foot shoes and the stitching is very off. I called customer service and they told me they don’t do exchanges and I’ll have to send it back, pay the return fee and get it back reimbursed, and then reorder the same shoe and call back for a shipping waiver which is crazy work. Just taking the L on this and being transparent with this review.
