I've been wearing them for years.
Great slippers but there is a glitch on their website. Sizes should go from left to right as follows 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 like all the rest of there items. However sizes are listed 9, 13, 12, 11, 10. So when I did order the 13's I needed I recieved I got size 10 instead. I notified customer service and they sent out 13s right away. I sent back the 10s with no shipping charges. Now that is great customer service and a great product. I hope they fix the error on their website soon.

Best slippers ever
My wife buys these for me at Christmas every other year. That's how long they last, and I wear them all the time indoors and for light outdoor usage. These are the only slippers I will wear!
