Defective zipper - jacket not usable
We love the jacket itself but the zipper is defective so it is not usable. I have submitted a contact request and it says it may take a while to get back to us. This is quite a big bummer as winter is almost over. We need someone to contact us so we can get this taken care of. I saw no other way to do it than to submit a contact request. A phone number would be more helpful. Please help us get this resolved. The jacket is sitting here and there is nothing else I can do until someone contacts me. In the meantime, my son has no jacket. Also, I am concerned that the guarantee says it does not cover shipping for a return so since this is not a usable item and not my fault, the idea of paying for shipping again is very frustrating.

The only true fleece jacket
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This jacket is the only one I could find that is fully lined with fleece not just the arms. That is the main reason I purchased this jacket. Durable, soft , comes with a hood and pockets. Very hard to find with all these features. I will be buying again.
