cuter than expected!
Wasn't sure what to expect with these but for the price I figured I'd try them since I think the color is cute for spring. When they arrived I was pleasantly surprised! I usually wear a 24 in Mother but always size down in the "Snacks" line since they tend to be a more slouchy fit, which is just not flattering on my frame. Glad I did in this case as the 23 fits perfectly. I am 5'2 and weigh just under 100 lbs. (24in. waist and 33in. Hips) Cuffed, I'd say these are just over a 30 inch inseam. If you need more length you could always let the cuff down and gain another 2.5 inches.

cute for too high rise and long for petite
very cute style and true to size for mother but the rise is very long (even if you have a longer torso) and they will need to be hemmed if you are petite. I’m sending them back.
