Totally tarnished!

Got two of these bracelets - one for me, one for a friend's birthday gift. One bracelet was totally tarnished on the back of the circle. So badly that the silver looked like a dirt washed out rubbed off rose gold. Photo shows comparison between the two right out of the box. Such a shame because the one that isn't damaged is beautiful. Very disappointed!

Lovely bracelet, but damaged

This bracelet is missing two tiny diamonds. I cannot return or replace it because it’s a final sale item. Nordstrom Rack should not be selling a damaged final sale item without disclosing it. Such a shame.
