I only heard the bag one week when one of the zipper broke. And then the wrap around the shoulder, unraveled and broke. I went to exchange it, and they gave me a hard time about it.

the bag literally started unraveling and fell apart after about 45 days. it’s thee WORST hand bag that I have EVER PURCHASED! a waiste of money and huge disappointment! Hard to believe that Nordstrom Rack is selling this product…awful—-DO NOT PURCHASE!!!
